Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all accessories included

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Men’s Socks & Underwear and Men’s Swim Shorts unless faulty. All other products in our collection are eligible for return.

How to Return Your Items

Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  2. Clearly state your exchange request in your email
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
  4. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item

If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

For customers outside the UK:
